Return Policy
In cases such as incomplete or damaged product/service delivery, you can return or change the product or services you ordered.
If the product or service you ordered reaches you faulty or damaged, your product will be replaced with a new one or a refund will be made to your credit card, provided that the product is returned and following the return. Refunds will be made for cancellations within the first 1 hour of receiving the service. When the service is completed, the employee is entitled to an entitlement and the Company must make the full payment. Partial payment refunds are made for incomplete time work notifications.
Your requests regarding the return or change of products/services you have received in full will be evaluated in accordance with the relevant articles of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and you can make changes or returns within 3 days from the date the product is delivered to you, provided that the product/service is not damaged and has not been used.
